This Privacy Policy explains what personal data HomeMade collects when you use the platform, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights over it.

Data we collect

Identity and contact data, such as your name, email address, phone number and date of birth; the delivery address you provide; your order, return and transaction history; content you post, such as reviews and reports; for sellers, the information and documents needed to open and operate a seller account; and the technical and device data needed to run the service securely and to send you the notifications you enable. We do not store your payment card details.

How we use your data

To create and manage your account; to process and deliver your orders and handle returns; to communicate with you about your account and orders, including verification messages and notifications; to protect the platform and its users from fraud and misuse; to improve our services; and to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share the data needed to fulfil an order, such as your name, phone number and delivery address, only with the seller of that order. We also share data with the service providers that help us run the platform, such as sign-in, messaging and verification, payment and hosting providers, only to the extent they need to provide their services. We may also disclose data to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for any longer period the law requires.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it and obtain a copy of it, to request its correction, and to request its deletion.
