These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HomeMade platform, an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. By creating an account on the platform or using it, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

To use the platform, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the applicable laws. You must provide accurate and complete information when you register and when you use the platform, such as your name, phone number and date of birth, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose; post false or misleading information; list prohibited or counterfeit products; infringe the rights of others; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; or attempt to access the accounts of other users.

Sellers

Each seller is fully responsible for his products; for the accuracy of their descriptions, images and prices; for fulfilling orders as described and on time; and for complying with all laws and requirements that apply to his activity.

Orders

The total amount of your order is shown to you before you confirm it. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

Reviews and reports

Users may review sellers and report any product, review or account they believe violates these Terms. We review reports and take the action we consider appropriate, including removing content that violates these Terms.

Suspension of accounts

We may suspend or close any account, or remove any listing, that violates these Terms or the applicable laws, or that is used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Limitation of liability

The role of HomeMade is limited to operating the platform and facilitating dealings between buyers and sellers. To the extent permitted by law, HomeMade is not responsible for the quality, safety or conformity of the products sellers offer, or for their delivery, and its liability is limited to matters arising directly from its operation of the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. An update takes effect when it is published on this page, and your continued use of the platform after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
